I registered myself at ea.com using a e-mail that I already used for other game (I forgot and it was a long time ago). The new account work perfectly fine even if I had an old account with the same e-mail . This is also the same has my 360's email. I redeem my code here like everyone does and still go no armor or DLC. Why ? Here's the explanation :
The problem is that my old account persona (your gamertag) has never been erased by EA. It stuck in the server and your cannot take it back into your new account. The server will tell yoou that your gamertag is already in use !
Solution : Call EA
Problem : Many gamer are not in the U.S.A and cannot afford making long distance call to california
Solution : 866-543-5435 (ea paid, not you) it's like a 1-800 number
BEST SOLUTION :
Redeem code (xbox live market) send to gamer who got DLC promotion in their bioware account. Or make everything free to every mass effect user. The collector edition will need to log into the ceberus network using their purchase code on the back of the box. Everything will be fine !
At least do something Bioware and EA !
