I have found the first 2 gears, but can't find the third. I thought it would be in the room with the tower building puzzle, but it's not there. I even broke the boxes lower down in the room, found a secret room, but it's not there either. Has anyone else found it?
**Okay, I found it, but I have to go back up to the camp and come back to get it to spawn in the area.
I found one in the right side, but the one in the left side was for another level, do you remember where you found them?There's an expedition you need to unlock before you're able to get the last two in the Darkspawn Warrens. The marker for the expedition is in the final area of the Warrens, just before you take the elevator to Heidrun Thaig.
I'm in the thaig now, trying to get to the room where you create the second camp. It's saying you have to go through so many darkspawn waves first, but the progress bar hasn't changed and I've been in the battle for over an hour. Just 2-3 genlocks spawn and then an emissary. It just keeps going. Anyone know how long this is supposed to take?
I finally got the second Ogre to spawn and then the Alpha Emissary finally spawned. It took me an hour and a half total.
I have spent an hour running around trying to find the third gear for the first Rune-Warded Gate of Segrummar and it isn't anywhere!! I also thought it would be in the puzzle room or through the secret door behind the boxes at the back but it isn't! Where is it meant to be? The first poster here said you went to camp and then came back and it had spawned? I have done that and still haven't found it! Where is it meant to spawn? Is this a glitch?
I found the last gear next to the lever to open the door, which was 100% not there until I returned to Skyhold, turned the game off and on again and then returned to the deep roads. Sigh.
I'm going through the other levels and can't find all the gears even though I'm scouring every room - I guess you have to complete some of the missions to have access to some of the last ones for each level?
I'm sitting at 20/22 of the Haidrun Thaig gears (and 2/12 of the Bastion of the Pure, but I suspect that will change with exploration). So far, it seems that the gears aren't tied to particular quests, but may be hard to reach. I had to plummet to very low health to reach 2 in Haidrun's Thaig. It doesn't seem that too many gears are hidden behind gear-locked doors, if that helps.
Im stuck on second door... I have 4/5 Gears I have visited every room twice ( at least i think so) and it's nothere to be found 
Did anyone had problems with second door?

You will need to go forward into an area, and sometimes into the next area to get enough gears. There are several in the Bastion of the Pure, for instance. I still have some I haven't found, but I have found more than enough to open the doors. I did have to sometimes look for areas where I have to make long drops which took a lot of my health to get to them, including for the quest you get from Aisha's diary. There is a gear in that area, for instance.
I'm on the final battle now, and it's a tough one.
