"We apologize for the inconvenience, however a limited number of the Cerberus Network cards included with the Collector's Edition were inadvertently printed with the download code for the Collector Gear rather than the Cerberus codes.The studio is currently working on a solution that will grant Cerberus Network access to anyone who redeems the Collector's Edition code moving forward. This solution includes a script that will retraocatively grant Cerberus Network access to those who have already activated their Collector's Edition code."
My collectors edition came with 2 codes, the Cerberus Network card, and page for the armor/rifle. I went to my profile tab, then redeem promo code, I entered the Armor/Rifle page code and it activated not only my Armor/Rifle but my Cerberus Network key as well.
If you enter your Cerberus Network key you will still get the "Key in use" error, but the Rifle/Armor code will activate the card anyway so you wont need it.

My rifle/armor key does not work either. Unfortunately. And the EA rep I spoke with denied they even existed and refused to issue me a new key.

So what if I entered my Cerberus code on one email and my Collectors items on another?
I now have my Tag synced with the email that has the Collectors Items, but now it says "Activate Cerberus Network" since I already entered it on the other email unknowingly. Will this address that problem too?

If it doesn't you will have to contact EA support.

I read in another post that someone was able to contact EA and get them to merge accounts if items were activate in diffrent places.

Yeah you can do that, but if you have Cerberus Activated on one email, and the items on another, and you switch to the email with the items. Then you will have to re-activate Cerberus. The guy who helped me didn't know what to do so he had to send my claim to Senior Support.Zangart wrote...
