My Cerberus Network card worked, but my Collector's Armor code keeps getting rejected.  Am I the only one?

Collectors armor code dosent work but gamestop code does........

Make sure you didn't use your code on a PC version of the game. Also make sure you are putting the code in-game. Your code must ONLY go to the EA account, follow this short tutorial to see what your problem could be.

It's not that my account isn't linked. Other codes worked for me fine. The Terminus Code worked. The Cerberus code worked. Even my Blood Dragon Armor showed up. But my Collector's Code doesn't work.

Unable to redeem code.
That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.

that what is says 4 me guess they sent out bad codes.

If your code doesn't work it was either stolen, or they printed duplicates in the game boxes. You need to contact tech support when the code no longer works unfortunately.

1. Where do you enter the Collecter armor and rifle code?

2. I think it may be bad code.

If you've activated your cerberus card in-game via Mass Effect 2 menu. Then you can enter the rest of your codes here at the masseffect.com home page and click on redeem code.

But, I alredy activated the Cerb Net card and when I put the code in on the site it does not work.

im having problems now it says downloaded but not showing up on my xbox

It's somewhat difficult to provide you with the correct suggestions or advice when there is so little information provided.

(1) Where on your XBox 360 is the armour not showing up?

(2) Are there any instructions provided with the code as to where the armour should show up?

(3) Have you gone to Shepard's cabin to change armour?

(4) Are you using the 'right' accounts?

If all else fails then your only real recourse is to contact EA support and explain to them your situation.
