In the Darkspawn Warrens (level 2 of the dungeon) there is a ring puzzle.  On the opposite side of the room there's a passageway partially blocked by crates and barrels.  Should there be an operations marker to open it up?  Not sure if this is a bug.  Solved the puzzle and got the loot -- maybe I should have claimed the marker first?
