What did you girls/guys name your Dog in Dragon Age? My Mabari's name was Muttonface lol because he's adorable for a video-game dog.

Schtolteheim Reinbach III was too many characters, so I named him Viktor.

Uh... not to rain on anyone's parade here, but I think this thread might be in the wrong forum. Mod move to Story, Campaign and Characters, maybe?

I miss having a dog in DAI. I used him regularly when I played a human noble as he was my best friend.
In DA2 I like how I could summon him and he did not take a companion spot.
Next DA game needs a dog, it is in the DA DNA.

I really miss my loyal Mabari, it just doesn't seem right not to have him by my side!
In DA:O my dog was called Bobby
and in DA:2 I thought of my summoning as Bruce
(both names are after my own babies ... which sometimes proved to be a bad thing as I'd not take them along / summon them into dangerous situations because I didn't want them to get hurt! LOL)

I miss having a dog in DAI.
DAI needed a mabari if for no other reason than because we needed to see Solas be completely frustrated and cautious with one.

I loved "Dog" in DAO, and I confess I used a Mod in DA2 that allowed me to set my "Summon Dog" to be Carver (who was dead in most of my playthroughs), whom I named "Carver", funnily enough...

In Dragon Age: Origins, my mabari is always name "Dog". I'm lazy. I actually did give him a name in DA2, for some reason: Idris.

"Fang" in DAO. My CE Warden named him after his mother's dagger, which he knew about but had not seen since childhood. Also, Fang is a good dog's name.
"Drifter" in DA2. It kind of fit in with the Hawke family's wanderer status, and it pulled double duty as a joke about how he kept disappearing. Also, it was a shoutout to the Elfstones of Shannara, which features a dog by the same name.
