That's interesting. I guess I played my Inquisitor differently or took her along on different missions, because I never really had conflicts with Sera.

Believe it or not I have not finish the game yet, each time a play I just lose interest in playing it after I reach skyhold so I delete my character; and some days later, I star another playthrough and the same thing happen again and again ; /

Because she's irresponsible, irrational, opinionated, grating on the ears, and not even remotely funny or endearing. She's just nails-on-a-chalkboard irritating.
Irresponsible, yes. Irrational, sometimes. Opinionated, yes, but that's not a bad thing. Everyone here on these forums are opinionated or we wouldn't be here,
. Grating on the ears? I didn't think so. I also thought that she was very funny.
In a way, I think she is even possessed of a sort of simple wisdom, such as when Solas, in a banter, asks her why she isn't interested in toppling the nobility completely and installing something better. And she responds that any such improvement will likely end up eventually screwing it up all over again, which is quite true.
Her and her group perform, in my opinion, a necessary function. Knocking down the high and mighty a peg or two, or when it is deemed necessary, eliminating those who truly abuse their wealth and power.
But to each their own and all that. ![]()

But she's so opinionated that she won't even consider anyone else's perspective, and from what I saw, she never really wises up over the course of the game. She's like a know-it-all teenager who thinks she knows it all, but actually doesn't know a damned thing.
Why should I just agree with her when she says and does things that are irresponsible, stupid, and sometimes even counter-productive? She's an immature child playing at war (to use Loghain's words), who lacks discipline, understanding of teamwork, and an ability to see the bigger picture. To me she's a loose cannon and far too unreliable to trust with any important task.
If the option had been available, I'd have thrown her off Skyhold. She is by far my most disliked character in any Bioware game.
I don't think she lacks understanding of teamwork. The Red Jennies, for all that they are unorganized and very loose in their structure, function surprisingly well.

I used to be like that until I finally just forced myself to get the whole way through it. Figured if I am gonna be on here being so critical of the game I might as well finish the thing so I can be a little more informed of what I was going on about, lol.

I don't think you have to finish the crap-pie to know it's crap-pie.

Yeah, but that works because it's so unstructured and informal. The Inquisition is a much more formal organisation with a hierarchy and divisions of responsibility that requires people to play their part and not just do what they want. It's fine for Sera to be a loose cannon when she's on her own, but she's the one who wanted to join the Inquisition, and being part of the Inquisition means being able to follow orders and not just do whatever pops into her head.
But enough about Sera from me, we've derailed the thread enough already.

Good points, good points, I still like her though. ![]()
And it's my thread, I'll help derail it if I wanna, lol.
