It's highly unlikely your saves will interact with ME:A in any way. They could give you something if you have the previous games registered with your Origin account, but that's all I would expect. ME:A is for current-gen, not last-gen.
My saves are right here on my pc though.
They probably should've extend the Shepard saga/ Reaper War to a 4th game. I think them trying to solve the whole Reaper War in one game was Bioware's mistake with the Reapers since they made the Reapers Godlike power.

Srsly, though, we aren't distracted. For me? Resigned. Looking to find some hope in what we actually, and realistically, have to work with. It's not what I was hoping for, but seeing as how that's what it is, I'm now hoping they knock it outta the ballpark and give me a Great game.

As to OP, there will nothing about ME3. And honestly, as long as ME:A turns out to be a Great game, I'm okay with that.
The cloud has nothing to do with cross-gen support. They would have sink money and resources into translating last-gen saves into transferable data. And Mike Gamble said we should hang on to our saves like 3 years ago. IIRC it was before Citadel even came out.Cloud saving says otherwise, and so did Mike Gamble.
PC players are the minority. They won't implement a feature that only a minority of the customers can use.My saves are right here on my pc though.
Chances are they'll use something like the Dragon Age: Keep, where it either reads your save files and makes a world state for you or you do it manually.
For me, the Commander needs to rest in peace. A salute to what happened would be awesome, some reappearances of the Milky Way races would be great. Maybe 5 6 or 7 could even have playable alien races? But since as far as we know the reapers were centered on that galaxy, there can be all sorts of wonderful and terrible things in Andromeda left to discover.
Loved the Mako, but it never made sense. And the Hammerhead was a glass cannon. Over all, looking forward to whatever is coming in MEA
I don't need closure, per se, I have my own headcanon that I'm not messing with. If they do something like the Dragon Age Keep, that would be cool (with references to what you did, but of course, they'd have to be very minor).

Am I expecting any? Absolutely none whatsoever. Because Bioware is evil like that.
I want to know whether or not the genophage was cured and how the Rannoch arc was resolved and whether or not the quarians, geth, or both survived, as those two things could effect what races will be accompanying us to Andromeda and what state they'd be in when we get there; a genophage-cured krogan population is much more useful to us than one still suffering from it.
Aside from that, I don't care.

Alot of people had issues with the me3 endings, for many reasons (mine being no closure on the breath scene).
How much closure can we expect in the new game? Will BW throw us a bone, give us all a full fan-****** or try and forget the last few hours of ME3 ever existed?
Personally I'm hoping for a meeting with someone long-lived such as Liara or Grunt who can give a definitive account of what happend to Shep

Regarding closure, I doubt that is going to happen in the sense you are asking. The endings had enough closure to the trilogy to warrant a new universe and a new series.

I expect nothing at all that concerns Shepard or any of the crew. However I would not be surprised if they elected to keep an in-joke or two like the customer who is eternally trying to get a refund because some things never do change.

I just think the chance for closure was ME3. If some people feel that's not enough, I'm really sorry for then, but I really don't see how anyone would expect MEA to deal with the issues of a largely unrelated game. As you said, it won't have the Milky Way, and it won't have Shepard, so why would it have to deal with it?
