As the title says.
I and several other people have gotten level 60, all achivements, all quests, full paragon or renegade, or 99% of them, and rich when we imported.
This nets us to level 5, 190 paragon, 10k of each resource, over 100k something credits, etc
However, some people have gotten apparently from a similar me1 playthrough import w/ a 60 completionist/rich:
60k of each resource
around 350k credits
and a ton of renegade
Before you ask, I got all the minerals in me1, even more than was required to complete the quests.
What's the deal here? I need a definitive answer.

When you complete Mass Effect 2 AND start a new game with Imported Mass Effect 1 character, you will get 350k credits and 60k of each mineral. Tested.
