Well, its been a week and 2 days since I emailed swtor account disputes about my hacked and banned account. I quit playing a year or so ago and it seems my account was hacked and almost sold. Needless to say my account was permabanned. I've told them in 2 emails I can give an ID info or proof. Haven't received 1 response!!!! Not even the notorious cookie cutter response. I have received nothing. Is this modern day customer service? Why is nobody there. It's been a week for the love of God. Also I can't even write on the swtor official forum since you have to subscribe, and I refuse to do so before getting my wrongfully banned a count back. I'm not paying 15 dollars to post on a forum where nothing gets ndone anyway.

I fear you may be SOOL as this board here has little to do with SWTOR aside from both games being BioWare. You can try and PM Jesse Reid or say Conal Pierse and they might be able to point you the right way to get into contact with peoplewho can help you (and might respond), but that's about the extend of support you could get from here I believe.

The SWTOR customer support was horrid back when I subbed. I had my Smuggler get stuck on his ship after helping a friend complete their Jedi Knight Class Quest. I checked back everyday for about a month and as far as I know they never replied, thankfully I had finished my Smuggler's story.
In short, you are probably out of luck. You'll have to try SWTOR.com as this site has nothing to do with that game. These boards belong to games made by the true (Edmonton, I believe) Bioware, SWTOR was made by Bioware Mythic (aka Mythic rebranded as Bioware) which is why the boards are separate. I wish you the best and hope that things work out in your favor.
