To my knowledge the only place they are found are off the carcass of Hakkon.

Sadly Jaws of Hakkon lacks any way to farm Tier 4 mats that are named Iced Dragon Bone and Iced Dragon Hide.

There is one place were you can find more Ice Dragon materials. Found it by accident, but I think there was both leather and bones.

 

There is dragon skull behind waterfall near Razikale's temple. I'm sorry that I can't show you that exact place on the map (PS4 player), but I hope these general directions will help you atleast a little.

I've seen that Hidden Dragon Skull in a video, all you get is 2-7 Iced Dragon Bone.

Yes. The only T4 material from JoH with unlimited supply is +2cunning.

Whoa, you can farm Imbuned Tusket Hide? How?

"Just" spend a lot of time killing Tuskets until another Imbued Tusket spawns. I have ~90 hide on my rogue.

Ice dragon bone can be farmed. I was waiting until patches stopped for console and being this is the last dlc soon this will unlikely be patched. Go to the dragon skull in Frost Basin. Move down so you are looting the ice dragon bone and not the loot all option. Press x and o very quick it will loot the Ice dragon bone but won't tell you. Look in inventory to make sure. DO NOT loot again if successful and option to loot is available. Instead leave area to another map then come back and repeat.

Wow, this really works. I just got a total of 5 Iced Dragon Bone from that node in 2 trips! Thank you for posting this.

Is there a way to farm/exploit the +2 Dex Iced Dragon leather on console? Cause leaving one item behind and rezone doesn't work with corpses. At least not for me.

I don't think so. The reason this works for the hidden dragon skull is because it's not actually a dropped corpse, rather it's part of the environment.

Can't do that anymore, and storage chest doesn't hold mats/
