So I actually hope that I'm wasting my time in wondering what happened to this Awesome character?

I can accept that the Tarot Card is a representation, blah blah blah...

 

But when I think of the Keeper of the Ralaferin Clan, it should be someone that these guys can respect:

I guess since we're on the topic of Arcane Warriors...what happened to that guy?

 

Now that I think of it, Why is the Ralaferian Clan sending 2 mages to support the Inquisition...when the Inquisition has the option to recruit/conscript the Mage Rebellion...It would be best for a Dalish mage clan to ally with a rising power...yeah the whole clan! instead we just get a pair of Level 1 Mages with Common Gear. Honestly I don't think Cillian looks like any other Ralaferian Elf, and Neria look more like an Apostate than a Keeper. And before anyone uses the Argument about she has Armor options...I know, however she doesn't arrive with those options, when the player has to craft or buy her Armor...She hasn't even earned the right to wear Keeper Robes, she's still just a First, and until we hear it from Elindra the only other person who is vouching to Neria is Cillian...and I haven't heard any such Dialogue.

 

Wow, I just started with inconsistencies with Neria's Hair, but now I'm questioning Her's and Cillian's Ralaferian Origins...I hope I'm crazy and that this all makes some sense to someone else?

Cillian came from the clan but went off on his own to learn the Arcane Warrior stuff. I think he came on his own while Neria is an active part of and sent by her clan. They start off level 1 with poor gear, but all the companions in single player start off low and with mediocre gear. Give how high ranking Cassandra is you'd think she'd use better gear. 

 

On the hair, they're not going to give a MP character unique hair. Since they didn't make it an option for Inquisitor it's not an option for anyone. They just stuck her with the cut most resembling the original art.

 

On being able to use Keeper robes, Belinda is hardly a Knight-Captain nor is Korbin a Legion Commander. They just get nice, pretty things in return for their service.

I think it's mostly because of clipping and modeling issues. I doubt they had time or resources to create special hair for the MP characters.

 

Plus what ollyollyoxenfree said. Lore isn't really a huge priority when it comes to MP. Cillian is actually wearing Ancient Elf Whateverthehelltheyarecalled robes from the Mythal temple, Reaver wears Kirkwall armor, Ellementalist wears Anders' armor, Katari can wear Arishok armor being a Tal-Vashoth, Necro wears Calpernia's dress, Isabela still wears her armor from 10 years ago, so forth and so on.

What Happened to Neria's Hair?

They've never had so tested in her life.

She lost an intense game of wicked grace, had things turned out differently Varric would have had to shave her name into his chest hair. Thank the maker for small miracles.

What would have been difficult about giving Neria the same hair as Keeper Marethari, Meril, or even Flemmeth?...I would have even been okay if she had the same exact hair as Leliana (Any color)

 

I can see the point on Korbin and Belinda, but their back-grounds do not indicate any particular achievement other than they are or were members of their previous orders, but Neria is Elindra's First, First of the Ralaferin, why doesn't she look like her clan?

 

In the off hand chance that Varric had influence over Neria,,,totally support that DLC

Hey she brought it up not my archer!  Actually it is Hunter Thornton that says that no?  I mean if Neria can't take Thornton the big chicken she gets what she deserves.

Thornton wants to retire and get a garden. Hall wants everyone to join him at the tavern because he's very lonely.

He also knew an astonishing amount of blokes who supposedly "tripped" and fell into their own swords, you know.

 

Once you start thinking about it that way, the whole answers gets a slightly different vibe.

 

P.S.: Speaking of whom, he once had an awesome hairstyle and beard in the concept arts, too, but like shackle said, it's probably that they're not gonna make individual appearance options for the MP character's heads.

 

P.P.S.: Why does ZITHER! have a buzzcut, and not a long wavvy "Poison"-like mane, that demands the sacrificial offering of 37 ritual packages of hair conditioner every morning afternoon?
