I just aquired the Deluxe Edition of Neverwinter Nights including Shadows of Undertide and Hordes of the Underdark  Expansion Pack but for some reason the code isn't working for the first disc. Can someone explain why this is please. I have tried all variations of the codes but still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.( i'm in UK if that makes any difference )

I had the same problem when I bought the gold version. The code had been printed with a very idiosyncratic dot matrix printer. When I phoned the help line it turned out that the 'D's and the 'O's were visually almost identical. Unfortunately I can't remember whether which of the 2 I changed to get it to install, but at least it is something to try if your code was also printed with that printer. This only applied to the main game, neither expansion gave me any problem installing.

Is there a UK number that i can ring to see if they can sort this out as i tried ALOT of combo's & nothing is working

Just a thought, but you're not using any spaces or foreign characters, are you? Also, Bioware is not supporting NWN anymore so if the code doesn't work you'll have to acquire another somehow.

But if i acquire another, and Bioware doesn't support it, isn't that going to be a pointless exercise as it won't support that one either

gog.com currently sells nwn and will issue you a valid key.

My key works and has always worked, so it's a non-issue for me. However, I can see why you might think so. If you do buy it from Gog.com you will get a working key, but you will have to request an individual one for online play.
