The fact that he managed to sweep in and steal the thunder of every establishment Republican says a lot about the GOP and how utterly useless and ineffectual it is. You might as well dissolve it and have Democrats run against each other at this point.
I think it's awesome. If he gets the nomination he can't win, no one can without the Hispanic vote. If he doesn't, he runs independent and splits the conservative vote. That'll teach them to raise creatures like Trump.

I have this sinking feeling it'll be Bush vs. Clinton in the end. The very thought of it makes my stomach turn. I'll burn my damn voting card if it happens.

Except they didn't really raise him. He raised himself, and it was easy to do because 1) the guy is freakin' loaded and 2) the GOP has done absolutely nothing to prepare for the 2016 elections.
Trump has his finger on the pulse of right wing voters. He taps into their deep frustrations regarding things like political correctness and illegal immigration, and gives voice to thoughts and beliefs that would otherwise go unvoiced by establishment Republicans. His brassy approach to controversial issues and refusal to back down when confronted about them makes the other candidates look weak.
I'll give him this: the man knows how to put on a show, especially in comparison to wooden planks like Jeb Bush and Rand Paul.

They raised him by creating the platform that lets wealthy blowhards with more money than brains believe in their own hype and prosper. Reap what you sow.

Relax. No way he is getting the nomination.
Except there will be millions of people that have the same view as Bunz, and Trump will run as an independent.

No scarier than Sarah Palin or GW Bush.
If there is going to be another republican, I think they should go with Lewis Black's suggestion: Dig up Ronald Reagan's corpse and put it in the oval office. That'll scare the **** out of everyone.

I will give Trump one thing: he openly admitted to just how absurdly corrupt the politicians in the US are and that he's had several of them in his pocket over the years, just like a bunch of his billionaire buddies. Not that he'd do anything to rectify that situation, but at least he admits to it.
Go Bernie
If I lived there, I would gladly vote for him. By far the least evil option you guys have.

Bernie seems to have the most integrity out of all the candidates, If I were American, my vote would probably go to him despite not being that left-leaning politically. If I lived there, I would gladly vote for him. By far the least evil option you guys have.

I'm not extending a helping hand, I'm giving you all the finger.I will give Trump one thing: he openly admitted to just how absurdly corrupt the politicians in the US are and that he's had several of them in his pocket over the years, just like a bunch of his billionaire buddies. Go Bernie
This. So so much this.
All of the Republicans running have absolutely zero new ideas about to grow the economy or improve life for the average American. Hillary runs me wrong in every way imaginable. Sanders has ideas, plans and proposals to make life better for not just the ultra-poor (or the ultra-rich), but everyday people. That's more than I see anyone else bringing to the table right now.

I was going to write something that agrees with this statement, but then I remembered it would get the thread locked while giving me a warning point for "breaking forum rules".
What a horrid thought.
