vs super elite mega boss with 5000 guard and perma regen shields our mighty forces kill them in seconds.

 

vs some mook with a VW beetle hood as a shield it takes is 10 minutes to kill.

As I can't log in right now, what is it? This or OP's title? To clarify: You can't break shield stances on the likes of Footsoldier's and Gladiator's or you can't spam Devour on Gladiator's without having no cooldown at all but are able to break his shield stance? Which is it?

Hey, it is not too bad a nerf - the reaver do need to have something she sucks at, and you still can get around it with Combat Roll and War Horn. It'd be worse if they just straight out nerfed Dragon-Rage.

Has rampage had a price increase to 65 or has it always been that way?

Things just seem a bit off in general with the feel of cool downs and costs.

Had the same feeling. Feels like she has been buffed a few weeks ago and nerfed this week. I'm a lot less overpowered with my favorite bloodthirsty biatch.

IIRC it was always 65 stamina.

Rampage was always 65 stamina. It's a focus ability.

Shield holding enemies are the biggest killjoy in the game...... HatE hAtE haTE!

Not really sure what this thread is about but just to clarify, you can still devour non-stop at a shield.
