Yeah, it's another dumb question from Beerfish. (Shades flip down....deal with it.)
As the title says, is guard affected by AR? Or is it just a layer of hit points that gets whittled down when being attacked with no regard for your armour?
Does armour rating have an affect on guard?

Thanks Luke.
Since all silent sisters seem to be dressed the same I was going to go back to some of her early armour just due to the look (I think it is 129 vs 173 for the good stuff.) I thought that if guard was not dependent on Armour one could do that for classes that carry guard most of the time. Looks like I will have to stick with the better armour.
