As the title says, does anyone no a good place to get this?

The Hissing Waste merchant has the Battlemaster Armor Arms schematic, right?

Okay, is there a specific way to get the "superior" version? I bought the Superior Battlemaster Armor Legs form that merchant, can I just create arms to match?

You would need to farm them from loot. Any T3 superior armor drop should have a small chance of appearing with superior upgrades.

But I can't remember if the arm upgrades drop with the common pool (I know leg upgrades are fairly plentiful).

There are no schematics, but every single leg and armor upgrade in the game can be found (or purchased) in normal or superior variants.

Superior variants typically have the same appearance as normal but bump up the stats close to the next tier (this helps if you like the look of T2 better than T3, for instance, since you can use the superior upgrades to minimize the penalty from using lower-tier stuff).

Crafted armor upgrades don't have Superior variants. But if the OP is looking to purchase armor upgrades instead of craft them, the Hissing Wastes merchant is probably your best bet.

As noted, the merchant there only sells superior legs.

You'd need to find superior arms, which is no small feat (first you have to get a superior set to drop since those are the only ones that spawn with upgrades, then it needs to be the piece you're looking for and it has to spawn as a superior version).

Unfortunately, I don't know the precise rule for the upgrades (I don't think they spawn evenly in every pool, so it's possible you can only get T3 arms in a certain way).
