Ah, no! Looks like they just updated...mentioned in the main thread...you must have got it. So, no hakkon?
Seems to be a nope. Nothing more than a standard Commendation Chest. I couldnt even tell you which one was Varric's, they both were paltry offerings. I got more uniques from a 1000 gold chest I opened after than both combined.
Both Varric chests and the victory chest were garbage save for the two regen potions I got from them (seriously, trying to get those to drop is like squeezing blood from a lemon).
The Superb Requisition chest I bought afterwards was dynamo, though. Three purples - superb belt of melee resistance, greatsword of the dragon, and superb stamina amulet - sadly, I already had all of those things, but great purple pulls.
