I've only completed NM Dragon 1 time and received the Hakkon dagger, no blue lvl 26 weapons so it's definitely not required.

I hope i didnt salvage any of those blue items!
Between guys/girls if any of you from around europe and playing on the PC, and still farming NM i would gladly join you, i am pretty much on the minimum "border" of NM Dragon requirments, so every run is long and kinda stressfull.
And anyway i guess all i can say now is "happy hunting" ^^.

2 totally different things there . There are no blue "Hakkon weapons" . There is however new Item lvl 26 blue that are required first before you can get the purple version of said blues

Ok, I thought he meant the yellow hakkon named weapons, didn't know there were purple versions

Cool but just want to be clear the blue and purple items  are totally different items that have nothing to do with Hakkon weapons. The way you worded the quote makes it sound like you believe there are purple Hakkon weapons is all
