Got 100+ hours and will not go back 60 to a save.
Still no fix for the missing Cullen/soldier in his office in sky hold.

I feel your pain! He's gone missing a few times for me and shown back up after I went and did some questing outside skyhold and came back later so I didn't worry too much. Then 30 hours on I realized... haaaang on... he's not just missing from his room he's actually GONE FROM THE MAP NOW O.o
No quest giver in his room, no trigger near Cassandra, and it's nothing to do with the Sera quest because I deliberately got that out of the way early on so it *wouldn't interfere* with the Cullen chain.
I've reloaded multiple times, talked to every NPC in skyhold, done more questing to see if that would jog him, and then kind of gave up. I wasn't inclined to go back 30+ hours, and I'm certainly not inclined to trash more than 70 hours... especially since I just hit the home stretch of Hakkon and I never want to see that place again!
It's inexcusable that this game has such a game breaking bug (A whole dialogue and quest chain erased???!!!) that hasn't been seen to or even addressed this far after release.
