"1.) It is not recommended to redeem your codes before booting up Mass Effect 2. If something goes wrong with the linking of your account through Mass Effect 2, you will lose those codes forever."

I have questions: My XBox, Bioware account and EA account are linked. But, the e-mail I have for EA and Bioware is different from the e-mail associated with XBox Live. Is this going to give me fits when I try to download the content? Does anybody else have one e-mail on the Xbox and different ones for EA and this account? Any problems? This is probably a poor question, but I think I enter the Cerb stuff in game and the codes for the terminus and collector armor at this site, is that correct? How do I get the DA armor - maybe it just shows up, like magic? I've been following this silliness for 2 1/2 evenings and am still confused. Perhaps I could use an L5 implant.
My problem as well. I got into the Cerberus Network fine and got some dlc (zeuss and crash) but the code for my collectors armour I haven't entered yet as I cannot link my gamertag to my bioware/EA account due to it already being used, which I think was for a Tiger Woods game a while back as I believe I created an EA account back then. Forgot about that though so I'm going to try phoning them I think.

At this time, EA wont link to my Live id and had to steal a laptop from mygfs work. Not a happy bunny since this every other company uses a simple xbox marketplace code to give us our pre-order stuff.
Im sure im not the only guy out there that doesnt use a "computer" but plays games on Xbox. Whats everyone else supposed to do?

I bought Dragon Age Origins Collector's Edition for Playstation 3.
It appears to autocreate an new account. Still unaware of previous account (and the fact DragonAge didn't even prompt me to login, choose, ask to create) I then use all my dlc codes on my "new" account.
Due to adding dlc and discovery the social bioware site, I discover I have 2 accounts. I then contact EA support which confirms I have two accounts but since DA orgins and all dlc are on 1 account they seemed content the issue is ressolved and I did push the issue.
Now I just picked up ME2 for Xbox360.....
While waiting for the game disc's to install to the hard drive I add the cerverus code (and pre-order code) via the social bioware website thinking ME2 would prompt me where it's linking up to....
(edit) ME2 did not prompt me to log in to any ea account. I was signed in to my xbox live account at the time as well.
ME2 however... is prompting to enter the cerverbus code... which was used up via social bioware site or to buy one.... I'm also unable to find any option in ME2 for Xbox360 to tell it the login for the EA server. In addition I can't add my gamer tag to my account that has all my 360 EA dlc content... because the gamer tag is in use?
Is there anything I can do, or do I have to rely on support to see if they can fix this.
In addition, can I plead with the dev's to not try and "auto connection / auto create" any EA account without giving you a chance to put in your own information.
