Of course. I want to see how their homeworld and government are like. Maybe the Yahg are ruled by their women who happen to be stronger and smarter than the men (sort of like the Yautja/Predator). Perhaps this is why the former Shadow Broker escaped from Parnack.
According to Liara, the Shadow Broker was likely the old Shadow Broker's pet (slave?). The Yahg Shadow Broker, killed his master in retaliation, taking his job 60 years ago. So, I think he was likely captured from Parnack.

The Shadow Broker was captured after showing interest in leaving the planet. In short, it was curious. Other attempts by the Shadow Broker's men ended with failure. Their goal was to simply study the species as nothing was known about them after the Citadel Council fiasco in 2125.
Any and all groups of Yahg can only be settled by someone dominating the rest through charisma, social manipulation, or old fashioned brute force. It does not matter if it is a city, a nation, or even a group of friends going out to eat they can't do anything until someone becomes the leader of the bunch.
In regards to your thoughts, Ulfric, gender probably means nothing to Yahg as long as the leader does not show weakness. This is likely why the Yahg killed the former Shadow Broker and assumed his mantle. The Yahg saw a weakness in the defense and exploited them to assume control of the 'pack'. . .
I would note that the Yahg shown on Ser'Kesh are smaller than the Shadow Broker (and less red), and we don't know their age or sex.. (the Yahg Shadow Broker was male at around an estimated 80 years old at the very least before being killed by Shepard. We still know nothing about Yahg physiology so we do not know how long they live.). It would, however, be my assumption then that either the Yahg seen on Sur'Kesh are pre-puberty and/or are female if we take Earth's sexual dimorphism for certain races as the truth (mostly birds in this case). But as they are not from Earth we can't really say.
