I am still facing trouble in my game where I am having 3-4 complexions go as wrinkly as Divine Justinia and also having no scars showing up what so ever. I have tried to alter the settings in game properties and the in game settings to Ultra and still nothing changes, any idea how to fix this?

A new option was added to the bottom of the graphics settings: Shader Quality.

You need to scroll down and turn this to high or ultra to enable scars and the good complexion blending.
