Started playing again after a few months and noticed a scar on her face. Did I miss something?
Did they change Scout Harding's face?

She's always had the scar on her face. I will say that on the whole she doesn't look very "dwarfy" to me though. She just looks like a small human.

I think that's true of female dwarves in DAI in general, which is probably why I like them better...She's always had the scar on her face. I will say that on the whole she doesn't look very "dwarfy" to me though. She just looks like a small human.
Looking at my screenshots of her, the scar does become more or less visible depending on the lighting...

I really only noticed the differences since I'm playing both Inquisition and Origins concurrently. Dwarves in Origins had a distinct look with large noses and more of a jowly cheek on the men and more of a button, rounded nose on the women. Bianca looks more "dwarfy" than Lace does. I really think Lace might have some human in her. !! Dagna also looks less dwarfy too.
