Hi guys
I just beed know how it works
For every promote of worior i get +1of contution to all charaters?
How much tines can i do that and does it matter if its legionnaire or katari or reaver?

Doesn't matter which one of those.  Templar and Avvar work as well and can do that as many times as you want.  Cunning however caps at 200.  You can still promote more but it will not affect your stats after 200 cunning promotions.  Cunning grants .5% crit chance (same to ranged defense but that caps at 80%) and since there are no debuffs to crit chance, after that it doesn't really do anything.

To be slightly more verbose:

 

All 3 stats give you 2 benefits.

 

Constitution:

+5 HP

+0.5% Melee Defense

 

Willpower:

+0.5% Attack

+0.5% Magic Defense

 

Cunning:

+0.5% Critical Chance

+0.5% Ranged Defense

 

Your defense % is capped at 80% for ranged, magic and melee defense. So to reach the 80% cap you need to gain 160 in each stat. This leaves your final stats (including the starting 10) at 170/170/170. At this point you no longer gain the defense % benefit but the stat still gives you the other benefit.

 

you begin with a base 5% crit chance (at 10 cunning) so to reach 100% crit you need 95% more or 190 additional cunning. This puts you at 170/170/200. At this point you are hard capped on cunning and gain no additional benefit from promoting Rogues.

 

Additional Constitution and Willpower will still give +5hp and +0.5% attack respectively to infinity with no cap.
