You did not even bother watching the video did you? Just saw the splash screen and assumed it was TyT? There is a clip from TyT in there about how the American Cancer Society refused a donation from an Atheist group (here is a link from another website if you don't believe TyT, if you don't believe that website you can always google it yourself and find plenty of articles) but it is just one small part of the video, the video is not from the TyT youtube channel.
As for Atheists being the most mistrusted group in America that is what the studies show, you might (and probably will) try to argue that the studies are skewed and don't have all the facts but it does not take a genius to see that Atheists (and no not just us "rAtheiests" trying to take god away from you and murder baby Jesus) aren't exactly liked in America, try getting an Atheist in the White House and see what happens, it does not matter how good an atheist candidate might be you would have a better chance of getting Hitler elected than an Atheist.
You got me, I didn't watch it. I didn't watch it because I don't care (and also because I think Cenk Uygur is a scumbag).
I'm actually not gonna waste my time arguing about it too much because it's really flogging a dead horse at this point (or is for me at least since I've had this conversation many times before). The bottom line is: I don't buy the notion that atheists are some super marginalized group, and a few cherry-picked reports and studies won't convince me otherwise.

I think he's a fraud. He's gone on record denying the Armenian Genocide more than once and named his show after the political party responsible for it, then hired an Armenian co-host to shield himself from people who called him out on it.
It's like a Holocaust denier starting up a left-wing political talk show called The National Socialists and hiring a Jewish person as their co-host. It just don't work, man.
