I didn´t find a Topic like this, if it exists, don´t flame me for it just link it, please

 

I am just curious what your favorite characters are and maybe why. I think of it mainly how much fun I can have with it and how it fits in a party but your preferences may differ, doesn´t matter I guess.

It may also differ depending on the difficulty I am playing but making five lists would be to much and no one would like to read it all. 

 

• 16. Virtuoso (He´s definitly good but I can not play more than one operration with him, not sure why but he makes no fun)
• 15. Silent Sister (Many may wonder about this position but besides NM and HB difficulty she is just boring. Too overpowered)
• 14. Templar (She´s cool has nice abilities. But in the end (for me) sucks in damage and is worse in tanking than legionnaire)
• 13. Archer (He´s great fun and good DPS but after a few games it´s hard to stay awake while holding the shoot button ^^)
• 12. Legionnaire (In general I enjoy tanking, but with the stupid folks shooting everything in sight it´s often just being there for the boss fight )
• 11. Arcane Warrior (I really don´t know what to make of this guy shall I tank, shall I go for dps? but nice to play and strong)
• 10. Keeper (I enjoy playing her in different specs and every difficulty not outstanding but most of the time fun)
• 09. Katari (didn´t like him at first, to slow and stupid but thanks to DragonRacer I respeced and now I enjoy him ...not so sure on NM)
• 08. Alchemist (Strong kinda weired not hard to play with good daggers ... jellybeans are fun)
• 07. Hunter (Same as Archer but feels a bit more flexible and durable)
• 06. Assassin (Simply like the stealth and dps)
• 05. Avvar (He´s a bit like a Katari but find him more flexible. More ability use or more often and more fireworks )
• 04. Reaver (Strong, as everyone knows, but for a 2H user very fast with a built in heal-o-mat, like the speed)
• 03. Necromancer (Always liked WB and played correctly she´s fast strong and hard to kill)
• 02. Elementalist (just read my signature)
• 01. Duellist (Really enjoy the new system on her. The elusive which makes her nearly immortal, and having a nice option for ranged attack as a non-bow rogue adds to her flexibility. Like the tactical use of elusive and vendetta and the DPS as well. Just love her, but how could you not love Isabela? )

There's been a couple of these threads, but the last one I know of was months ago.  I would use the search feature to find it, but that could easily take as long as scrolling back through all the pages.  Too much work. 

 

Anyway, on to the topic at hand.  

 

1. Hunter (I like that he isnt OP as ****.  Makes him much more rewarding to play successfully than many other character)

2. Katari (EVERYONE ON THE GROUND, NOW!!!)

 

After that I guess I would mash Elementalist, Archer, Reaver, Templar, Avaar, Duelist, Virtuoso, and Pala as my next favorite characters, though no where close to my favorite top 2.  Everyone else not listed rarely gets played.

That´s the reason why I like the duellist, you can be very hard to kill but if you mess up with the vendetta/elusive you die as fast as any rogue. Play properly

Katari is my overall favorite. He may not be OP, I just enjoy the most playing him. Though he might be very effective.

Least favorite - necromancer (inb4 "this is ridiculous")

Keeper         tough when barrier is up and more DPS than you would think
