How does it work i want to use my world state but i cant seem find any opinion to sign in my EA account!

You need to link your XBox account to your EA account. I think you can do that here somewhere.

You may already be signed in, if you aren't shown the option to do so when you start the game.

 

The easiest way is to look either in the PC client for Origin (if you have it) or the Keep

In the Keep, just log in and look at the list of accounts shown on the "Account Check" page (shown before you see the Tapestry, or from the left-hand menu under the = icon). 

 

In the Origin client, look under the section

Origin->Account and Privacy->About Me

 

For both methods, if you see your gamer tag listed, the accounts are linked.

 

If the accounts aren't linked, and you can't log in, your gamer tag might be linked to another EA account - in that case, you could ask customer service to link them, or log in to the other account if you know what it is and use the Keep there.
