As much as PVP enemy vs agents sounds cool, I doubt it'll ever happen. They would have to overhaul a boatload of things.

I would however love to see a hoard mode, with waves of enemies that increase in difficulty for every wave defeated.
IMO this mode would work for solo and groups.

this.I don't think pvp would be a fun mode on here. It's all about gear and promotions.
I would however love to see a hoard mode, with waves of enemies that increase in difficulty for every wave defeated.

I'm at the point of starting a change.org petition for this.
I want it SO bad; though it would require a lot of teamwork which DAIMP isn't really known for.

It wouldn't work, and I wouldn't want it to work. PvP without dedicated servers is painful to play, and the game struggles to function properly as it is.

Plus these. it would be so broken; they would have to create an inventory system for debuffs and things so that people wouldn't get stealth killed 24/7. Just play Dota 2 with that special camera.
The servers thing slipped my mind. It would break it even more; there are too many people hosting games with a 0.20mbps upload speed. According to BioWare their architecture doesn't support dedicated servers (which sounds suspicious but whatever)
I vote +1 for a horde mode.

And I thought it was a copycat of my suggested "Pala Versus Pala" mode, in which two people are entangled in a deadly struggle to build up guard, whilst politely debating balancing issues.

I'd not mind a form of PVP, but the world doesn't need any more MOBAS imo
balancing would probably also take too much work for the small MP team for DA:I haha.
Definitely for a bit more variety though, take out the veilfire events and replace it with a horde event lol

Just make a MEMP style mode. 11 waves, boss on the last wave. Sorted. To make it actually a challenge, add enemies who can drain mana and stamina or that could use dispel to cancel - to prevent teams of four sitting and recasting barrier etc( because thats what would happen).

Pvp could mean players playing faction bosses and/or mini bosses to avoid the existing class pvp balance issues. If they drop out the AI could take over again.
Play as Boss (a Dragon even!), fighting off the agents. Interesting.

The horde mode on gears of war 3 was also one of the most fun iterations of a horde mode I have played(apart from MEMP obviously).
I also like the way defense missions work in Warframe - players can fight infinitely with scaling rewards that they have the option to claim and exit after every 10 waves. You have to ask yourself can you survive another 10 for better loot and risk losing the lot?

I am skeptical the mechanics and balance in this game would be conducive to pvp.
