I'd create a company with the purpose of bringing ground effect craft to widespread use for both cargo and passenger transport.

Among other things, this would bring back transoceanic sea travel.

I totally agree... Those things are awesome...... There's smaller one person versions too  but they are bloody awesome and why they have not taken off is because it would be a big threat to current commercial aviation and sea transport. The people currently monopolizing those markets would not be happy.

I'd open a shelter for animals on the street and animals who were abused and then I'd make sure to feed them all and find good homes for them. I'd rescue as many animals as I possibly could in the world.

Been my life dream since I was 11.

If I was rich I'd buy one of these because I've always found Ferrari's and Bentley's unoriginal and rather boring.

Also perfect for garden work.

Careful.

Jester might pop up to monologue on how they were meant to die as per natural selection.

With a cape.

And maybe some goofy glasses.

I noticed you didn't mention Somalia or the Iranian border. Where's your sense of adventure?

I didn't mention any country, but sure, if there's interesting things to see. By this I mean nature/animals. Not too much of a people person. But good places to help! With ten bodyguards to protect me. Otherwise I'd get abducted before I left the airport. I never pay attention to my surroundings in the city, I'd be the perfect target.

Also this:

I'd open a shelter for animals on the street and animals who were abused and then I'd make sure to feed them all and find good homes for them. I'd rescue as many animals as I possibly could in the world.

This was by OneWomanArmy, my reply function doesn't work correctly today, it duplicates the name above...

Been my dream since childhood, too. I made my mom copy hundreds of pages from my encyclopedia with hand-drawn pictures, one volume for each continent. I pretended to be a zoo director. I sat down at my mom's typewriter and made a list of all the animals that would get to live in my zoo (only the cute ones, of course. *g*) and how many I would get. I was ten or so.

How big would an open world game be to have a full recreation of say Paris or New York, or London?

Not fully populated but all the streets and buildings?

GTA 5's gets pretty realistic. It's city is about the size of Manhattan or San Francisco. But not the entirety of NYC itself.

I did not know that... How much disk space?

I mean the assets like buildings and stuff wouldn't have to be "live" all the time and only come into view when you are near them, and you could set a view distance where they first appear... In an ideal world that would be my kind of game option.. Or set it to realistic to have everything visible like the real world..

Build a Bond villain like secret base to live in.

Build a video game development company that will acquire and remake my favorite forgotten video game franchises.

Build a machine that will convert all nuclear material, fossil fuels, trash, and pollution into 100% safe, clean energy, and non-hazardous lime margaritas.

All in all, you could probably spend less just hiring people to do the garden work for you, and it would look nicer.

With some spare change you find in your couch, you could scale it down a bit and just spring for one of these.

Anyway, I'd probably (most definitely) quit my job and just build up my own little animation studio or something.

This is how it's usually done though. Only draw the assets that appear in the view distance.

I know....

If only the real world worked that way. Would save on all that caching ...
