Since the servers are region locked Why isn't the leaderboard? I mean we will never see them unless you add them so what's the point. I think it only makes sense but what do you think?

perhaps add a local leaderboards and keep global, but I doubt they're going to waste time with that

Do away with them entirely, there is no integrity within them nor accountability for cheaters.

Conversely, keep them, but ban cheaters.

I don't have high hopes for option 2, but if they did, the regional idea is a good one.

The same sort of thing worked well in ME3.

If you are a newbie and looking for promotion gods to carry you through NM, yeah xD (I admit that's what I did back then when I struggled with Perilous FC when it just got released. )

Well when you see people you're never gonna see in game on the board it doesn't make much sense plus how can you get 2000 points eithout cheating I don't want to see that when I look at the board. But whatever ill be a racist troll or whatever you want me to be. Everyone wants bans but fail to realize there's several ways to cheat a game but whatever leave them globsl ill just get used to looking at names ill never see in game.

 As for the thread question on the table. Why not follow region lock? If anyone was seriously interested in knowing how they measured up to the players around the world it could be provided by way of another venue.

My prestige is 1159 with only 414 of that from promotions.  So 745 of that score is from challenges.

 

So for someone at 2000 Prestige (and there isn't anyone yet is there?)  That would be 745 from challenges and 1255 from promotes.

 

The game has been out roughly 11 months? 341 days?

 

1255 divided by 341 days is 3.68 promotes per day.  There are people who will get way more than that per day on a Saturday and Sunday.

 

That amount of promotions is entirely possible from day 1 players without cheating.  

 

I'm sitting at around 1.76 promotes per day from when I started playing......nothing special really considering what SpaceV3gan and Medallian have.

 

All I'm saying is it's POSSIBLE that very high promoted players are just playing DAMP all the time.

 

My calculations could be off of course but all I know is if I didn't have my wife and kids, plus a job, I would have WAY more promotions than I do now.  DAMP is the only game I have played this year and I play it every day.  More like an addiction really but hey, different people like different things.

Well i agree but the same person had about 1200 in June and in one 5 day period during the glitch heyday went up 131 prestige points as you tracked it on the post so it is not what i would say gradual process.
