I've looked all over for this 9th gate (clearly not) - but it feels like I've looked all over! I've found all the gates from 1 - 8 but just cannot find the 9th for the life of me.

The main mission has also been completed, and I haven't found all the gears missing 3 of them in total I think.

 

If anyone can help, or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

 

I'm sure they're people here looking for this gate thus you'd be helping them too.

The one in red circle is 9th gate.

Went down that little passage during progression with the main mission. Clearly walked passed it. Surprised that the game didn't mark it on the map, like in the picture, as I was only like 2 metres away from the door when I walked passed it. Things like that just make me worried that the game has glitched.

Finally that quest is complete, just need to find one more of those 'Chronicles of Forgotten Wars' Reports then that's the Deep Roads completed.

Alright i had enough of looking for this stupid gate. I need to know were the 5th gate is or il ****** loose it. No video on youtube show anything. Just gears here and there. The gears are easy to find. The door, the door is another story. So plz. Anyone. Reply with a picture of a map or something and tell me were. Not so good with north west and **** like that unless i have a god damn compass in my hand.

You know where you fight through the waves of darkspawn? In the area where you fight a bunch of hurlocks, there's a war table operation that creates a bridge down to the Fifth Gate. It's on the edge of the cliff. If you're on the broken bridge, you've gone too far.
