So, a few weeks ago I decided to finally take the leap and pre-order the CE from Gamestop, they've done good by me in the past and the store in my area contains some usually decent people.
Now, at the store they tell me that they don't take pre-orders to the CE as such, they will be handed out on a first-come-first-served basis for those with pre-orders. Fine, so I preorder the game.

Now, roll time forward a couple of weeks to today, since I figure they will only get a limited amount (they told me as such), I decide to go there fairly early, popping into the store about 30min after opening.
Guess what. The clerk sits behind the counter with a big smile on his face as he charges me for a CE while telling me "Sorry, we did not get any Collectors Edition boxes" and hands me the regular one.
For obvious reasons I get rather pissed and tells him to stick his CE price where the sun don't shine, I slap the cash for the normal game on the counter and leave.

Moral of the story?

Stay the **** away form Gamestop and DO NOT EVER RELY ON GAMESTOP TO ACTUALLY PROVIDE YOU WITH WHAT YOU ASK FOR.


Bioware, next time you release a game please leave Gamestop out of the circulation ok? They are dishonest little cheats and don't deserve to carry out the trash, much less sell any games.


Annnnd.... I'm done, thanks for listening. I'm gonna go scream at the neighboors while installing my, sadly, non-ce copy now.
