Not to start another topic, but when I start the game and hit Y at the main screen, it says the connection to the Mass Effect 2 servers has been interrupted or timed out, and then returns to the main screen (resume, new game, options). I never get any options to enter the Cerberus code in the game or do anything else relating to the DLC. I also don't see any options to change things anywhere else in the game, in Xbox Live, or on my EA or Bioware accounts on the web.
That seems to be different than what most people are getting, where there is some problem with redeeming the initial code (I'm guessing after they log into the Mass Effect servers). I never even get an option to do anything connected with Cerberus.
Has anyone else been unable to get past that initial main screen? Does this have anything to do with the gamertag/EA account issues or is it just a server issue?
I'm definitely online because I'm logged into Xbox Live.
Also, if it matters, I have DA:O and I've been having trouble logging into the Dragon Age servers all week.
No server connection - different issue?

I believe your issue is with not being able to sign in with your EA account. For instance, if I lose connection to the internet while playing it will say "A sign in error occurred, you need to sign in with this user again" and when I do I play without being connected to the internet.
If you're having trouble connecting this has something to do with either their servers, your ISP, or your router. In order to make sure it's not on your end try to play any multiplayer game online for at least 10 minutes. If you get disconnected then the problem is on your end. If you don't get disconnected and everything works fine then you are having trouble connecting to EA servers.
If this is the case wait a few hours at maximum a day or two and see if it hasn't resolved itself. If it doesn't work after at least two days, call tech support.
