Gonna need more details, screen size and resolution, manufacturer and model and what purpose are you using it for?

Pretty much this. Plus what are you going to use it for?

Manufacturer is Asus R751JN-MH71

Screen size 17.3

I just want to play MGS V, new Doom and Fallout 4. Only games are care about really. 30fps on high, not max or ultra etc is good for me. Just don't want low or medium. No anti-aliasing, no special effects except god rays and motion would be nice, don't care about soft shadows either, prefer hard shadows in games.

Recommendations would be nice, 450 gbp max, equivalent to 700 dollars.

the GT840M is crap and not made for gaming. i dont think it will get you "30fps on high" in FHD in the games you´ve mentioned.

Unlikely you'll be able to do it with that laptop. The GT840M just isn't powerful enough for 1080p gaming on high settings.

Laptops aren't really suited for gaming... there are a few if I recall. But you're better off with a high end PC, mainly because laptop can be a pain to switch out pieces.

Go for a custom PC, there are a few who can give you recommendations.
