Make the book work for Kindle in actual ebook format with scaleable fonts.

Of course everyone seems to praise the graphics, but for me it would be more about the story and information. This way I can delve into the lore even if I do not play it.

I had to return it, because it would not be readable in Cloud Reader (too small) and Kindle for PC shows not compatible. It can only get worse on my actual Kindle at home with an even smaller display.

Is there another version or book that fits my interest? Not a game guide or walkthrough, but information about the different races, religions and groups in Thedas?

FYI:

These books are readable on Kindle:

Dragon Age: The Stolen Throne

Dragon Age: The Calling

Dragon Age: Asunder

Dragon Age: Masked Empire

Dragon Age: Last Flight

It's a pain in the ass that you have to read it on the web kindle. I ended up taking screenshots of every page and then refunding my purchase.

Sorry for my ignorance, but I am halfway through Dragon Age: The Stolen Throne and start to like Loghain for some reason. Yes, the guy I got killed in Origins!

I also understand the hatred for the Orlesians within Fereldan Society.

There are all those Codex entries, but reading a story where the characters are actual enduring the time, it's like Game of Thrones.

The stories around Fiona in The Calling were OK. Sometimes a little too weird...

Asunder...

“I know they’ll see me,” Cole whispered. “I don’t know why, but I do. So I go to them. The moment they die, they look at me. They know I’m the one that’s killed them, and that makes me the most important thing in the world.” His face became wracked with grief again. “I’ve never been that important to anyone.” The words came out as a hoarse croak.

That is the thinking of a sociopath! I only recently watched a documentary about serial killers and this is very much their thinking...

p.s. Cole cannot be seen by many and he feels like he is becoming unreal, not noticed by anyone. To feel real again, he starts killing young apostates and initiates with a knife in the dungeons of the Circle of the Magi, like the little girl who burned down her family's farm "by accident".

And here I thought he is one of the good guys in the game...

p.s. Also interesting, the book got released in 2011 and this is the first appearance of Evangeline de Brassard as Knight-Captain of the templars in Orlais, who appears in Dragon Age Inquisition apprarently (I haven't met her yet and do not read the spoilers on the Wiki ;) ).

pps. hmm hmm Cole...

“History.” The man repeated the word with disgust, his upper lip curling. “I don’t care about history. I care about Jean-Petit. His farm house got burned down two weeks ago, with him in it. You know who done it? His daughter, a spiteful little thing the templars had to drag off before she killed anyone else.” He loomed closer. “You think your magic impresses me? Impresses anyone?”
