One of mine is too  and its a common problem with the controllers if you dont have a warrenty on it google how to fix them , youll have to break it open though . Only reason i havent done so already is i have another one.

If you can afford the Elite controller when it comes out you can remap buttons on that. Well, map the rear buttons anyway.
