Do most of her skills go off main hand like izzy? Or do both count a lot. Anyone know for sure?

Main hand I think, except for death blow. I'm using hakkons mercy main and either audacity for explosions or antivan dual blade lvl 15 depending on my team. Abilities hit the same as when I use Dragon dagger, so use whatever dagger has effects you want and if you need to do more damage with auto attack just cancel animations and stab only with main dagger.

Further testing with my wannabe hakkon savage thorn offhand and inquisition mainhand (and vice versa) confirms that her only ability (despite some misleading animations) that uses the offhand is deathblow (for one hit).
