I never thought Alistair's design was anything more than reasonably handsome. It was his sweetness that won my fondness for his romance arc more than anything.
Of course that tooo but I was referring to how much they changed him throughout the games. Alistair is seriously a curse to gamers/girls he's just the perfect guy ... funny...charming...sensitive...but oh so manly ... I want an Alistair

This thread is making me realize what a missed opportunity it was to not let Morrigan and Alistair meet each other again, considering how much they bickered.

They do meet each other again. However, the scene is bugged and rarely triggers.
I liked his look in Inquisition, it's been over 10 years so I'm glad to see some lines on him He's grown up a lot and his design should show that. DA2 Alistair still gives me nightmares though! By the way, Is this the first Alistair thread for Inquisition? Not seen much Alistair discussion here unless I missed it. I'm hoping we haven't seen the last of him yet. More DLC is on the horizon and I'm crossing my fingers for more of King Alistair. While it was great to see him chew out Fiona, King Alistair's content (what little there was of it) left a lot to be desired. I'd like another cameo, if the next DLC is really about a qunari invasion I'm sure the king of Fereldan might want to meet with the Inquisitor again to stop that from happening.

me.. personally, i'd jump on him as he falls backwards, i'd be on top of him, saying "i missed you! why can't you be with me often?! he'd probably say "just been busy living in DAI as the King." OMG lol
I know a guy who looks, talks and behaves exactly as DAO Alistair, plus he is around 19, very inexperienced with woman and has the same sense of humour. He even said it himself how much they are alike when I convinced him to play DAO. Guess he was too "sweet", devoted and romantic for me - or far too young. I'd rather prefer Nathaniel (or young Loghain).

Okay as much as I love Al's character ...an 18 year old has no appeal whatsoever to me.

What happened to Nathaniel ..if hes saved in the deeproads in DA2 ...I havent seen or read about him in DAI!
