I'll start with three recommendations per gender, avoiding people they have used before in big roles:
Male:
Travis Willingham
Vic Mignogna
Johhny Yong Bosch
Female:
Karen Strassman
Trina Nishimura
Colleen Clinkenbeard

I wonder what their budget is like, because someone on twitter mentioned a few big names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks... Lol.

I doubt they'd get someone so big, but "less famous" celebrities are perfectly possible what with Tim Curry, Martine Sheen, and so on having been cast in the past
Whoever did the male Sith Warrior for SWTOR. I'd love an ME:A protagonist that sounded like that.
That was done by Mark Bazeley, that kind of voice would be awesome for a ruthless character.

Sith Male warrior had a nice voice. Would prefer companion though.
It is really difficult to say, because it really depends on the characters. Some voice actors wouldn't be right for certain roles, no matter how talented they are.
Assuming there are roles suitable for them, I'd love to hear Laura Bailey and Claudia Black voice companions. Stephen Lang as a grizzled NCO would be epic casting:
I sort of have to disagree with that bit. If they're really voice actors (i.e. Jennifer Hale) and not actors lending their voices (ala Carrie-Anne Moss) they should be able to pull off a wide range of roles.
And I'd love Stephanie Young in some major capacity (she did Claire from Claymore and Olivier Mira Armstrong from FMA: Brotherhood.) Maybe they can get her on loan from Funimation.
Ron Perlman.
Martin Sheen
They could do his son, but he'd probably show up on cast either drunk or stoned.

Just cast him as a Vorcha and no one will be the wiser;)

A (relatively) intelligent Vorcha that is an anger management therapist. Sounds familiar?
^Lol, yes.
I'd just love to have someone with accent as PC's VA... accent as non-english speaking country's accent. European accents, Middle East accent, Indian.. it doesn't matter that much. Just accent.. thanks.
We already had a few threads for this topic:

As long as it isn't a Dutch accent it'd probably be OK with me. Seriously though, it sounds like dung, that's probably why they call it ''dunglish''. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunglish

I'll vote again for Claudia Black(ex baddass Peacekeeper soldier). None were her equal in her attitude towards duty, discipline, pragmatism and mission focus.
I'd be one happy customer if Bio finds a leading role for her as a:
1. Mischievous but hard boiled Merc and the PC's competitor in tech scavanging. Our PC can turn her into a friend or enemy. She knows the area, races, the tech competitors and some of their possible hiding locations. Making her a friend will boost the PC's assets.
2. A ranking Assassin from the local Benda league. Top operative with valuable intel on key government, military and company figures of all races. Gets a contract to terminate our PC but finds the job tougher than she bargained. Her target stirs something in her, long dormant and begins to question herself.
3. An unparrallel research scientist responsible for advancing humanities tech to keep pace with the dangerous and xenophobic Keth. A genius mind easily triggered into emotional rage. Our PC must thread lightly around her.
4. Runs a high class R&R establishment for all races. She knows many secrets that can help our PC. A woman with a dual personality that has her fingers in many pies some which are very dangerous but also may reveal a big payoff.
What do you guys think?

Claudia Black
DA:I had some great voice actors: ones I'd particularly like to hear in ME:A are Gareth David-Lloyd (Solas), Ramon Tikaram (Dorian) and Indira Varma (Vivienne).
If there is a Krogan squadmate Ron Perlman
Male protagonist Karl urban or David hayter
Voice that reads the codex Kevin conroy
I'd sure hope a voice actor could make a career by having more than one voice. I know some of the actors probably used their natural voice. I understand, hearing "Garrus" voice on some Andromedan(?) alien specie. It would be weird.
Not as weird as hearing him in L.A. Noire ... trust me if you've never played it ![]()
Ron Perlman.

Liked for Ron Perlman ... I want Hellboy in MEA now! ![]()
Also:
Konstantin Khabenskiy
Jean Reno
Morgan Freeman.
Just Morgan Freeman. As every single character. Male and female.

I've played L.A. Noire and I actually quite liked it... I hope for like a Chicago Noire or something.
