James Badge Dale would be good casting as a Marine squadmate.

Some nominated actors I know and some I don't.
However, I do know they all have a price. And, some, are pricier than others. Bio, I'm certain, understands the costs and allowable budget.
Now, Chris Wynn mentioned that ME:A would have nods to the old trilogy.... the Mako and the N7 patch as obvious examples. Suppose another nod is to get some of the better known ME voices?

If there is a Krogan squadmate Ron Perlman
Male protagonist Karl urban or David hayter
Voice that reads the codex Kevin conroy
Omg, THIS! Batman was my first voice crush at age nine... well, first the German one actually. But then I heard the English one and it was even better. ![]()
Every since Serana in Skyrim, I love Laura Bailey.
Somebody else ME:A needs is Rachel Robinson (Fang in FFXIII). Such a GREAT voice! I'd love her as the not-femShep.
For male protagonist I want somebody who doesn't sound like he has lung cancer for a change. I am SO sick of all those gruff macho voices like Geralt. I want a pleasant, non-threatening voice...

You mean he'll arrange a staged photoshoot of him defeating someone who's not fighting back?
No, you can summon him as a power, he revives your squadmates, gives you your health back (like medi-gel) and then summons a bear who he''l punch to death before leaving. We should call this power ''Vladimir Putin''.

Also:
Sam Witwer
Bill Nighy
Anyone from Metal Gear (if you give me a CO played by Paul Eiding I'll buy ALL the DLC*)
Kevin Sorbo (I did use a Hercules gif so feel bad leaving him out lol)
*assuming the rest of the game is good enough to begin with.

Sean Connery, my personal fav.
That accent when pronouncing 'sh' sounds would be pretty funny as the protagonist.

I hope they have one famous cameo voice. I loved Martin Sheen as the Illusive Man. He nailed it! I also LOVED Admiral Raan's voice. I could listen to her talk all day!
I would love it if someone like Richard Armitage had a small role. A personal obsession...his voice is gorgeous! My boyfriend always makes fun of his expressionless face, but there is no denying that his amazing voice totally carries his acting. ![]()
But I would not want them to overdo it with the famous voices either. I would be opposed to Patrick Stewart as a captain or Benedict Cumberbatch/Jeremy irons as a bad guys, for example. Those horses have been beat to death!!
I also hope they try to get a range of accents in the game. There are so many amazing accents that are lovely to listen to...my personal favorites being Russian and Welsh.
Oh...I am getting so excited for the game!!!!!! Looking back, I really loves most of the voice actors in the previous titles. I think they will do a good job. I can't recall any voice actors I did NOT like. Tali's voice got on my nerves a wee bit. And so did Liara's mom (it made my ears itch to listen to that scratchy voice of hers). But overall, the voice actors have been great so far.

For the codex entries, unfortunately not an option since he's dead: https://en.wikipedia...r_Jones_(actor)
He was the original voice of "the guide" in the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy radio series... Stephen Fry would be the closest living person I guess, as he voiced the guide in the film.

Ali Hillis (Liaras voice actor) did good job for voicing Lighting from the Final Fantasy series. I would like her to voice calmer, maybe even an evil character.
Both Shepards would make sweet cameos in minor roles.

It wouldn't really be a cameo if Meer and Hale came back, they do regular voice acting for Bioware games and even voiced other characters within Mass Effect. I fully expect both of them to come back to voice characters. Not major characters, but some minor ones.

I'm not sure what the usual time frame is as far as the number of months from release, but it is something that happens fairly late in development.

Which means if they are up to sound design and voice casting, they likely are gearing up for a demo package too...hmm...
