HB games yield great XP. Playing in strong teams, I've got an average of 4k/minute without any farming. Which is about the same or slightly higher than I get on NM with farming. For pure XP purposes, HB is arguably the best. But it can get boring and grindy quickly.
Also, it goes without saying that the team requirement for HB XP farming is quite high.
Many people are tired of HB since the challenges are not counting, but once they start to count, things should change.
I see you just go NM only now a days then. The weaker my team the more likely we do perilous runs. If nothing is nightmare ready we all run level 1's through perilous.
You misunderstood the objective of this HB run though, it wasn't for xp farming, as we had plenty of that, nor a strong team of cherry picked all-stars winning. It was actually proof of concept pick up HB as a team, with the objective of getting the challenge done with a weaker team (and no cherry picked builds except my own). I was the most promoted & geared, then micabo, but the rest had relatively few promotions or gear by comparison-- just a lot of teamwork and drive to win.
We just wanted the damned challenge complete-- unfortunately that's broken.
