I feel like a total slave for Bioware but yes, I'm definitely preordering Mass Effect Andromeda and the future installment of Dragon Age without a doubt. I love both series to death and I know I'm going to end up buying the game one way or another, might as well get it as soon as it comes out. Plus the bonuses are satisfying to me at least when it comes to preordering. I will admit, DAI was disappoitning on several levels but in my opnion it met some of my expectations already. I loved the companiosn (nothing can beat DA2 cast for me though), the combat was the best in the series (loved being able to switch from real time action, to real time strategy, genius, although I wish the tactical cam was more extensive and similar to origins but we can't have everything. Would've loved a radial menu to choose abilities from like in DA2/DAO), loved the detail they put into romance plots.

Yes the actual main plot was cliche and lame, the main villain was even more lame and absolutely forgettable, but I'll still buy it. Dragon Age is one of the few games that lets me choose a gender, sexual orientation, with several role-playing customizing options that I wish most RPGs these days would allow for.

I preorderd ME3 and was VERY, VERY disappointed (don't talk about the ending). But I dit not take care about DAI and just buy it a half year after release and ... I love the game.

So: I don't know. I will read and see what happen in DA4. Will it play 134 years after DAI? They jump in time like .... just HORRIBLE. And have the done something with my Hero of Ferelden and Hawke? Both are still missing in action, what the heck ... ? Whats the story and where will it play (country).

If it is interesting, I probebly will pre-order it, yes.Even after ME3 ......

i'd buy it. pre order it?  Hmmm depends.  As long as I have store credit somewhere...I hate paying full price for a game that will drop from $70 to $40 in a few months.

Of course. DAI had some great aspects to it and I feel confident that they will improve upon the more negative aspects.

I'm optimistic that the next DA title will be the best yet, probably trumping over DAO.

Bioware has yet to disappoint me, so I will continue buying/pre-ordering their games on faith until they do so.

Of course, I still keep up on the news in case they announce something that might give me pause, but it seems unlikely.

No, I will be buying it used. And I this is going to be the norm for me when it comes to all BioWare games now, not impressed with them lately.

I only preorder CEs. I buy the game on the day it comes out, there won't be any shortages of it.

I regretted buying ME3 which I didn't pre-order.

I did pre-order DA:I and haven't regretted buying it, so I'll likely pre-order DA:4. Besides if the reviews are bad you can always cancel it

Pre-order? Hell no. There isn't a single game in the past few years I've pre-ordered. I don't pre-order for the simple reason that 99% of the games that come out are far worse then the hype they generate. I'm not betting on any game belonging to that last 1%, only to find out that it sucks blueberry donkey balls. This pretty much goes for everything I buy.

No, I buy games post-release after having watched some LP's/gamer reviews/etc. I also avoid 'official' review sites like the plague.

The chance that I won't be buying DA4 is slim, but I still won't give any company my money before I actually know what I'm getting.

MEMO to ML... Story Matters. Villains Matter... making a big beautiful world (aka Skyrim) doesn't make up for a weak story and a laughable, Wile E. Coyote wannabe Villain. Do better next time, if you can't do better... resign.

You know, I may have my beefs with Inquisition, but one thing I do think we should at least try to give them the benefit of the doubt on (at least for now) is the villain. Yes, Corfishysticks was fairly unimpressive.  But this is also the first DA game where we actually had a plot set around dealing with a "main villain".  In Origins, the main villain was an animal, more or less. Loghain was around (and he was a good villain), but he was just a problematic secondary objective.  DA2 had several villains, who were all of varying but acceptable degrees of interest as well, but again, none of them served as "the" villain for the game.  Coryfirstkiss could probably have been improved, but he wasn't so bad for their first try at this.

I probably will. I most likely will. I enjoyed Inquisition and I enjoy Patrick Weekes' writing a lot so I'm excited to see where he takes Dragon Age.

My only issue with the series so far is that I'm rather tired of all the super important world changing people walking around Thedas (like Flemeth, Morrigan, and Solas) and them not doing anything with these characters other than hinting that they are "up to something". Like Flemeth's end was anticlimactic (though I'm not 100% sure she's 100% gone yet). (I.e.) You can only tease me about the possibilities of what they are up to for so long before the status quo of these characters gets boring and I get frustrated at not seeing anything come from them other than vague clues.

MEA :Yes
DA 4: yes.
Whatever else from Bioware: yesss.
Even if there are flaws in some of their games, all of them gave me countless hours of entertainment so far.

Depends on what DA4 is and has for pre-order bonuses

Agreed I won't either until I have details about it. I probably will though as I like both the ME and DA series that their responsible for. I'd jst like some details before I do.

For me no. I felt burned by DAI and so I'll wait for the price to drop down.

Are you seriously debating whether or not to pre-order a game that probably won't be released for another 4-5 years, if ever?

Aren't there more important things that you could spend your time planning, e.g. whether to invest in property, start a family, what career you want to pursue ....

Gamers these days.

Man, estimates on 4's release pushing it as far back as 2020 now? Crazy. This isn't Bethesda; we'll see it before 2020.
