I am just curious, I was hearing that people was banking a insane amount of Gold in the new DLC? I have it, but have not completed it yet.
Is the new DLC the go to place to farm items to sell now?

there are repeatable war table missions in the dlc -- the expedition table -- that give you loot that sells for like 2,000 gold a pop IIRC. throw in the loot in the dlc itself that you can sell for a lot of coin and you're set.
but it only sells for a lot in the dlc I believe, because I didn't get as much for it outside of the DR.
It's not the loot it's the shop. The crafting materials shop that you get as part of upgrading the first camp via the expedition table will give you more gold for loot than any other shop in the game, by a considerable margin. It doesn't have to be loot from within the DLC.
This sounds like maybe an oversight by the devs? I don't really like abusing mistakes/bugs/glitches though, makes me feel like I cheated lol.
Or is this just suppose to be that high because its Orzammar and they pay outrageous prices for sky dweller stuff?

That's how I was justifying it. Especially since the deep roads have been ravaged by the tremors. Would be good to get a dev's confirmation on this, though. It DOES seem silly to be able to buy things from other merchants and make a profit there. Then there's no point to having a currency system, since you can buy everything and anything you want. Just dump every single item in the game in our storage chest in skyhold!

Yea would be nice to know. I dont feel comfortable abusing a bug/glitch. Its like how long people was loving the Thousand cuts with flask of fire. How many people justified it by saying it was working as intended lol. Was a huge oversight by the Dev's until they fixed it.
Would be nice if this was working as intended.
