OK.

After about six hours dealing with this problem, I came to a point where I'm banging my head against wall saing "Why don't you work!? Why don't you work!? Why don't you work!?"

 

The problem is this: I want to start a second playtrough (Elven huntress) and I wanted to use the same world state I used in my first PT. When I started a New Game and wanted to import the WS, it didn't found any and offered defaut one. I went to DA Keep, loaded that WS, exported it and tried again WITHOUT any luck. After several tries I created a NEW world state with different choices, exported it and tried to import again. And again only the default one was available. I read trough almost every tutorial, restarted my notebook several times, even re-instaled origin to make sure that I'm not the one doing it wrong here but without any sucess. I had the very same problem while starting my first PT but it eventualy worked out.

 

Please, If anyone knows how to deal with this mess before I jump out of my window, let me know.

Can you tell us what platform you are on?  Also, is there any chance your account is simply offline (either the Origin client on PC, or your console if on Xbox / PlayStation)?

 

I looked quickly at the account tied to the email you are posting on here, and it looks like your export worked correctly (last updated today), and the game has been able to upload to the Keep's servers before, so it *should be working.

 

 

 

If you're on Xbox, there is a family privacy setting which could be a factor; if it is, you will see a message similar to "Importing World State from the Dragon Age Keep cannot be used due to Family Settings"

I'm running on PC and I checked that I'm online multiple times on every front (keep, origin and the game itself).

And now I tried it again after eight hours without any change.

 

At least it doesn't bother me much, because I still have my main character but... yeah.
