I keep hearing Seth Green's voice in Joker's voice.

I've watched quite some family guy too, yet I never noticed Joker having Chris'(or Neil's) voice. That could be me though, since I didn't know Seth MacFarlane was Stewie, Brian and Peter until I read that somewhere...

If you're gonna hire someone to be the comic relief in ME4, please make sure that someone is actually.......you know......FUNNY, and not one of the unfunniest people on the planet.

Yeah, I'm looking at you, Seth Green. Bleh.

Maybe a secret footage of the Shepard shuffle vs Legion's sick beatboxing and dancing skills

I never got the impression joker was supposed to be start your own laugh track funny. So I guess I think he did a great job for the character.

That objection is referring to a disagreement with the witness' statement, no word is necessary.

I'm afraid I have to penalize you for that.

As someone who has voice over experience, being able to alter your voice isn't nearly as important as being able to act. It's the first thing any VO coach will tell you. If you want to be a voice actor, you have to act. And, to be fair, Seth Green has a pretty decent range to play various extras, Chris Griffin, and Neil Goldman all on the same show. Most men are incredibly limited in the voices that they can do, as men only have a chest, head, and falsetto voice to play with, and most have no idea how to manipulate them well. People like Troy Baker and Seth MacFarlane can do so, but they are also trained singers as well. However, none of that matters if they are not capable of conveying emotion through their voice alone. No matter if you can 10 or 20 voices, if none of them can act, you're worthless as an actor.

Now I want to have Jack Black as VO for one of the cast...

So, who would be an example of someone who could read the exact same lines as Joker and be funnier?

I don't know but I actually quite liked Joker but then I suppose it's because I can partially undreswtand him being disabled myself. Different disability but like his it is physically restricting

Get Eddie Murphy or Katt Williams to play the comedic relief.  I just hope the CR isn't a pilot like how Joker was.

Hopefully ME:A doesn't involve "comic relief" like in ME3, and instead goes back to the dark/gritty themes of ME2. More realism would be nice too... less of the zany "over the top" missions like we saw in ME3 that seem to just have been designed to be funny (but weren't). They ultimately just ended up damaging the story/game atmosphere for me.

yea i dont particularly like seth green. but you mentioned "only the scenes the Joker is in" and then you titled this thread Hiring comic relief.

to me it sounds like you were expect Joker to be the comic relief of the game. and that is not his role nor his personality; you would of course come to understand the character if you approached it with an open mind. but it already looks like you're been biased with your dislike of seth green as you called him "one of the unfunniest people on the planet."

so this is what i think. you are looking for something in a character who was not suppose to provide it thereby placing the blame on Bioware for poor casting.

That's your choice. but honestly Seth Green did well as the Joker, who btw, was not the comic relief in the game. he was humorous at times but only in a capacity fitting his character and personality which you do not seem to understand.
