I have a problem finding the new codex entries because I can't see the little star in the pictures. I can see the section marks it's the entry marks that are the problem. It has taken me up to five minutes to find the marked codex entry. It isn't so problematic anymore, as I've played through it but I would request that the marking be changed to highlighted frame or something like that. If possible, please change it and do it as soon as possible.

It also doesn't help that you could be looking for the starred entry, and have already clicked on it as you scrolled down and removed the star - I've done this more than a few times and then found myself not reading the entries because I didn't realise I hadn't already read them.

 

To be honest, there's far too much reliance on codex entries and reports - a huge amount of them would be better off played than read. But since that's the path they went with, a highlighted box that doesn't blend in with the artwork sounds good - and perhaps it will only disappear after you've spent more than say 5 seconds on that particular entry so it doesn't remove the indicator before the entry has been read.

I want a 'Mark all viewed' button. Seriously, what happened to it?

They should have used something more visible to mark the codices as unread.

I don't know something red all over the edge , and yeah a mark all viewed button.

 

During my first playthrough I had a very frustating moment , I go to see Vivienne and by accident I clickon a codex next her and  quickly close it down.

Then I talk to her and she gives me her somewhat shady quest with the heart.

So I'm thinking "I should read that codex it was probably about this quest , maybe it could help me figuring things out."

Couldn't find the damn entry...

You all make valid points and I've had the same problem sometimes I dont even bother reading them unless very important.
