I know issues happen in games all the time and when they are as massive as Inquisition they are bound to happen (lets ignore the fact they forgot what hand is being used to close the rifts).

 

Anyway, a rather amusing thing happened to me playing last night so added some music to make it more effective and thought it was worth sharing for a laugh.
