I guess all this little banners that are at the inquisition camps correspond to your allies, the first one being the Inquisition one;

 

 

Is the second one in the picture, the light green one, of Gaspard? This is the first time I see it and I think that's the only difference between Alexandra's and Daniel's allies

First one is Templars and would be different if you sided with the Mages. Yes, the second is Gaspard. Then you have Wardens, Fairbanks, Blades of Hessarian, and Dalish.

Wow. I played 600 hours so far and never noticed this. There are new things I discovered in my last playthrough that I have never seen before.

Never noticed this either. I looked today while playing with an early level character and my poles only had the Templar flag on them. How sad! There is much work to do...

Yes, I've noticed that with Alexandra ..

 

Here my four characters so far. I am not sure about the last one for Alexandra, is it for the elves of the Arbor Wilds?

* None (I guess this is because she made the three of them rule Orlais at the same time ...)

* The elves at the Arbor Wilds???

 

Valeria's allies:

* Celene

* Grey Wardens

* Fairbanks

* Blades of Hessarian

Lara's allies:

* None (she hasn't been to Halalmshiral yet)

* None (disbanded the Grey Wardens)

* None (hasn't been to the Emerald Graves, yet)

* Blades of Hessarian

Ah, the last one Alexandra has is Chantry and given after Corypheus is defeated and a new Divine is chosen. And, yes, the only way to get a banner for Orlais is to pick Gaspard or Celene. Reconciling Briala and Celene, blackmailing all three of them into working together, or choosing Briala to pull the strings will not yield one.
