There is a long thread in ME forums about things you discovered after several playthroughs or long hours of playing. I did try to search for an existing forum about this here, with no luck.
I just recently came back to DAI after passing a long time in TW3 univerese, it is fresh again, with the all the new DLC's out. It still amazes me, that after nearly 600 hours clocked in in DAI, I still find new little things I have never seen before.
Some of them are stupid of me though, for example, I never knew Astrariums open up caves with loot:) I never knew prisioners appear in Skyhold prision. Never had Vivienne's scene commenting orlesian decorations.
I would like to hear if you had that kind of wow moment in game thinking oh how I did not see/ found this so far?
New things you have discovered (spoilers, obviously)

Follow the clues (they mostly go in a straight line).I did not know any of this!
what are those torches doing? i never found out.
You just have to figure out that Parson went in the wrong direction (or just find the first search spot by accident, like I did).

I found on my 4th playthrough that Speaker Anais could be an Agent for Leliana and that single action also allows for Deft Hands to be unlocked extremely fast in Hinterlands itself
Same here! I always choose the wrong answer earlier.
Also, only on second playthrough I realized agents count toward points. It was a wow moment:) Also, several playthrough to find the resistance potions from merchant in Val Royeaux. As nobody sold anything under that tab til then, I have never checked.

It took me over 70 hours, with my first character, to discover that there is a staircase to the left inside the double doors that lead to Josephine's office in Skyhold. I literally thought to myself, 'hey, I've walked through those doors a hundred times, and it seems kind of pointless for there to be TWO doors, maybe there's something on the left there?' And my eyes got really wide when I discovered that staircase. And I felt really, really stupid.
I also discovered it doesn't appear there when you initially discover Skyhold. Do a mission and then return, the main hall will be cleaned up and the opening will be there.

Well, I am too ashamed to admit how many hours it took me to fully discover Skyhold! The winery! And that there is a kitchen! Only when I tried to find clues to Cole's quest. Oh Maker, that one took me like 5 pt's to realize that you can find out he is doing things for people. In several ocasions I told him to stop as I did not know what it was about!

It's so secret that Lord Trifles Minutiae can hide in it even when it hasn't officially been opened yet. He must know another way in. Or have a key. ![]()

It took me more than three hundred hours to find the Skyhold kitchens and wine cellar, which I didn't visit until my fourth run. *facepalm*
I still haven't found the book in the Emprise that apparently leads to a dungeon? (No, I don't want to know where it is, if I did I'd just look at a guide. I enjoy the mystery.)

Oh and adding to the list: anyone managed to get Blackwall send roses to Josie? i cant seem to make that work.
Yeah but I had to cheat and trigger some banter...it only happens after some party banter , I think maybe Varric and Sera will talk about Blackwall having a crush on her.
